“I often traveled to Israel and each time spent several months there, studying and working, often with members of my family in various parts of Israel. There, I found my true creativity. Every stone, every section, every ray of light, every name resonated with my artistic perception of meaning and harmony. I carefully studied this mixture of thousands of years of history and projected them onto my canvas and my paintings.”
