Hebrew is an ancient and amazing language, completely different from the Latin alphabet, devoid of vowels and written from right to left. Hebrew has not been used in spoken language for over one and a half thousand years, but since the last century it has been revived, becoming the official language of Israel.
In the Jewish Cultural Center starts a course of Hebrew in Russian for beginners “from the scratch”. This course will allow you to master the skills of reading and writing in Hebrew. It will also teach you how to compose simple dialogs.

Elina Tyger is a teacher of Hebrew and English. She studied on a philology course in Israel. She has been teaching foreign languages for more than 10 years. In teaching she emphasizes speaking practice.
